Ghoduma Dosa/Wheat Dosa can be made instantly in no time.This is another type of dosa which made out wheat.Unlike the normal dosa which is made of rice, this dosa is made of wheat,so has less fat content at the same time nutrious as desired.So here, I go and help you guys to make wheat dosa. Hope you all try.

Ingredients
Wheat Flour 2 cups
Jeera/Cumin Seeds 1tsp
Red Chilli Powder 3/4 tsp
Salt to taste
water

Method

  1. Take a bowl, add wheat flour,Jeera,red chilli powder and salt for taste
  2. Add water and mix it with bare hand without forming any lumps
  3. Add water and mix it well and so that it becomes like a dosa batter.
  4. Take a frying pan heat it for a minute until it becomes hot, spread the pan with oil .
  5. Spread the dosa batter in the frying pan. Add oil along the edges.
  6. Leave it for a minute for frying and reverse it and let it fry.
  7. Once dosa it fried on the both sides, transfer it to the plate.
  8. Now its time to have Yummy Yummy dosas and have with chutney of your taste..

Cauliflower is one of several vegetables in the species Brassica Oleracea .Typically , only the head (the white curd) of aborted floral merisitems is eaten , while the stalk and surrounding thick, green leaves are used in vegetable broth or discarded. Cauliflower is nutritious , and may be eaten raw or cooked or pickled.Cauliflower is low in fat, high in dietary fiber and possesses in vitamin C

Cauliflower always fascinated me when ever I go to buy vegetables. It is one unique flowery vegetable which calls every body's attention.There are many curry varieties can be made out of cauliflower , on such is listed below. Cauliflower goes very well with all kinds Rotis and Rice.So, here it goes yummy yummy cauliflower tomato curry .

Ingredients
Cauliflower 1
Tomato 1 Big
Onion 1
Bengal gram Dal 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1tsp
Curry Leaves few
Oil 1tbsp
salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Turmeric

Method.
  1. Cut the cauliflower florets and par boil them in water and drain the water and keep the florets aside.
  2. Cut tomatoes in to medium pieces and chop onions.
  3. In wide pan heat 1tsp of oil , add Chenna Dal ,Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds ,Red chillies, curry leaves ,and fry them for 2 mins.
  4. Add chopped onions once they become translucent ,add tomatoes cook until it leaves out water then add the florets .
  5. Add salt and Turmeric, red chilli pwd . cook for it 10 mins. Stir it once in while so that cauliflower doesn't get over cooked.
  6. After 10 mins remove the pan from heat.
  7. Cauliflower curry is ready to serve. You can have it with rice or any rotis.
